We believe in our platform — and we want you to as well. That's why we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on unused tokens. Read the details below before making a purchase.

5-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Lakshya, you can request a refund within 5 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

One important caveat: Only your unused tokens are eligible for a refund. Tokens that have already been consumed (conversations, report generation, counsellor sessions, etc.) are considered delivered service and cannot be refunded.

Example: if you purchased a 100-token plan and have used 30 tokens, you can claim a refund for the remaining 70 tokens, pro-rated to the plan price.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to connect@lakshya-ai.in with the subject line Refund Request and include the following:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction / order ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Number of tokens purchased and tokens remaining (unused)
  • Brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Requests must be submitted within 5 days of the purchase date. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.

We process all valid refund requests within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Tokens already consumed — conversations, reports generated, counsellor session credits used
  • Requests made after the 5-day window from the date of purchase
  • Disagreement with AI suggestions or report outcomes (the service was delivered)
  • Inability to use the service due to personal or third-party technical issues not caused by our platform

Technical Failures

If a technical error on our platform prevented your report from being generated, or if payment was deducted but you never received access, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 5-day window.

Report such issues within 48 hours by emailing connect@lakshya-ai.in with your transaction ID and a brief description of the problem.

Schools & Bulk Buyers

All institutional agreements and bulk purchases are governed by separate contracts or invoices agreed to at the time of purchase. This policy applies only to individual users unless otherwise stated in writing.
